Established 1948  Sherman Democrat April 24, 1978 Page 15 DENISON - Services for Mrs. Linus Wright, 47-year-old Houston resident, who died Saturday at a Houston hospital, were held Monday at the Whitberry Church of Christ. Graveside services were held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Cedarlawn Memorial Park here conducted by Hal Smith. Mrs. Wright was born in Sherman, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Rutledge. She was a graduate of Denison High School and a member of the church of Christ. She married Linus Wright on May 29, 1948 in Denison. Surviving are her husband; daughter, Paula Wright of Houston; son, Larry Wright of Baton Rouge; brothers, John Rutledge of Shawnee, Okla. and Don Rutledge of Austin. Pallbearers were Vaughn "Buddy" Smith, Henry Sory, L. T. Wright, Ellis Wright, John Hibbart and Eugene Faulkner.
