Established 1948  Sherman Democrat June 3, 1991 A-12 WHITESBORO - Services for Lee Utley, 71-year-old retired machinist, who died Saturday at his home, were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Whitesboro memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Bill Blakenship officiated and burial was in Cedar Lawn Cemetery. Mr. Utley was born in Whitesboro, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Hurdus Utley. He married the former Naomi Conner in Durant, Oklahoma, December 2, 1988. He was a member of the Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of the home; step-sons, Steve Conner of Dexter and Dale Conner of Tuscan, Arizonz; step-mother, Mildred Utley of Whitesboro; half-brother, Dale Utley of Denison; and half-sister, Peggy Hawkins of Whitesboro. Pallbearers were Paul Bean, Thomas Perkins, Jerry Gilbert, L.C.Scroggins, Clebur Blakenship and Bobby Acker.
