Established 1948   Denison Herald December 14, 1994 pg.2 Services for Bobby Dean Treadwell, Sr. of Sherman, 55-year-old TU Electric employe, were held Thursday afternoon in Waldo Funeral Chapel. He died Tuesday at his home. Rev. T.C. Carroll of Merriman Hills Baptist Church officiated. Burial was in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. Mr. Treadwell was born Commerce, son of C.B. and Lillie Faye Damron Treadwell. In 1958 he graduated from West Delta High School near Cooper. He married Leona French May 27, 1960 in Coke. A Sherman resident for 28 years, he had been employed as a dispatcher for TU Electric during this time. He was a member of Merriman Hills Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife; son, Bobby Treadwell, Jr. of Irving; daughters, Mary Frost of Carrollton, Lana Souther of Howe, and Dona Treadwell of Aubrey; brother, Larry Treadwell of Whitney; and 3 grandchildren.
