DENISON - Letha Jewell Martin Haddock Taylor, 95, passed away in the Bonham Nursing Home and Rehab on Monday, December 14, 2009 at 10:18 a.m. 
She was born September 30, l914, the daughter of John H. Martin and Grace Evelyn Bishop Martin of Elwood. 
Her husband, Arthur R. Taylor, preceded her in death in March l991 along with two sons, John Donald "Bub" Haddock of San Diego, California, who passed away in July l963 and Jerry Neil Haddock of Ft. Worth, who passed away in March 1983. 
She and her husband Arthur resided in Denison for more than 60 years where Letha, in the early '40s, was employed by the Denison Cotton Mill, later for Levi Strauss and then Diaper Jeans until she retired in the early '60s. 
Letha, who, attended Eastside Baptist Church for several years, was a very caring and fun loving person. She loved to travel and did so extensively with her husband during their retirement years. 
Survivors include her son Durwood Haddock and his wife Dee of Nashville, Tennessee; grandsons Darrell Haddock of Odessa, and John Haddock of Lemon Grove, California; step-grandsons Carter Bolling of Nashville, Tennessee, and Jeffrey Bolling of San Francisco, California; and granddaughter Cindy Mead of Key West, Florida. 
Other survivors include great-grandchildren Afton Mayorga of Miami, Florida; Crystal Vargas of Odessa; Michele Haddock of Odessa; and Kagan Ridge of Dallas; great-great-grandchildren Alexander Joseph Vargas of Miami, Florida; Evan Mayorga of Odessa; Dakota Brooke Haddock of Odessa; and Makeiley Vargas of Odessa; nieces Doris Fairchild of Garland; Veta McCullough of Ft. Worth; Mary Margaret Chanley of Hobbs, New Mexico; Tena Anderson of Hobbs, New Mexico; nephews, Nolan Parker of Plano; Joe Stanley Parker of Grand Prairie; Martin Parker of Ft. Worth; and Jimmy Mosely of Ivanhoe. 
Graveside services and interment were Thursday, December 17, 2009 at Cedarlawn Memorial Park, Sherman, with Rev. Brett Castle officiating.  Arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of Bratcher Funeral Home.
