Tabor 26 October 1932 - US Air Force  Denison Herald June 15, 1995 pg 2 POTTSBORO - Graveside service for Gladys Marie Tabor, 61, of Pottsboro, who died June 14, 1995 at her residence, were held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Cedarlawn Memorial Park. Rev. Ken Edwards officiated. Arrangements were under the direction of Johnson-Moore Pottsboro Chapel. Mrs. Tabor was born April 11, 1934 in Gillham, Arkansas, the daughter of David "Cap" Higgins and Illa Snyder Higgins. She married Aldon Joseph Tabor on March 13, 1953 in Bernalillo, New Mexico. She was a cosmetologist and a former employee of the Pillsbury Company in Denison. She was a member of Preston Community Church of Pottsboro. Survivors include her husband, Aldon Tabor of Pottsboro; three sons, Aldon Tabor Jr. of Fort Worth; Daryl Tabor of Memphis, Tennessee; and Roger Tabor of Pottsboro; six brothers, Calvin Hern, Freeman Higgins, Russell Higgins and Jimmy Higgins, all of De Queen, Arkansas; Bobby Higgins of Jefferson and Billy Higgins of Bakersfield, California; two sisters, Jean Smith of Amarillo and Belva Nipper of De Queen, Arkansas; three granddaughters and four grandsons. Pallbearers were Calvin Hern, Freeman Higgins, Paul Hight II, Matt Tabor, Marty Krevat, Mike Eppler, Edwin Parnell and Bob Franklin.
