He was born on Thursday, May 14, 1925, in Klondike, Texas, son of Truman Black Stringer and Effie Mae Moore Stringer. Survivors include his wife, Martha Stringer of Sherman, Texas; step-son Danny Beaver of Sherman, Texas, step-daughter, Debra Beaver of Denison, Texas; step-daughter, Susie Beaver Spradling of Sherman, Texas; step-daughter, Tammy Boyd of Sherman, Texas; grandsons: Mason Beaver and wife, Ainsley, of Tom Bean, Texas; Nelson Beaver of Sherman, Texas; and Branson Beaver of Sherman, Texas; granddaughters: Ashley Spradling of Sherman, Texas; Kaelynn Boyd of Sherman, Texas; and Amanda Spradling of Sherman, Texas; great-grandchildren: Aaron Groves of Sherman, Texas; Ashton Spradling of Sherman, Texas; Aden Foster of Sherman, Texas; daughter, Joyce Ladd and granddaughter Melissa; brothers: Lloyd Stringer of Brownwood, Texas; Bob Stringer of Irving, Texas; and Gerald Stringer of Farwell, Texas; and sister, Maxine Board of Carrollton, Texas.
