Established 1948 Phebe Quick 24 February 1924 - 7 March 2000 Kenneth O. Quick 10 March 1917 - 6 August 2001 Tech Sergeant US Air Force WWII, Korea, Vietnam Kenneth Quick was the 4th of six children born to Rev. James Floyd and Elsie Mae Barbarick Quick. He was born in St. Aubert, Missouri and moved to St. Clair, Missouri at the age of 6, where he grew up. His siblings were Lowell Ishmael (who was stationed with him in England and died in World War II); Dorothy "Merle" Holt; Ruby Oleeta Rodgers; and infant sisters, Thelma and Mildred. He married Lorene Immekus of Sullivan, Missouri on September 26, 1940 in Linn, Missouri. To their union of 19 years were 2 daughters born, Joyce Lee and Faith Ann "Susie". He married Phebe Morales Rogers on February 22, 1961 in Durant, Oklahoma. He served in the Army Air Corps in World War II, serving in Europe. He retired from the Air Froce as a Master [sic] Sergeant in 1969. He owned his own gas stations in Union, Missouri and Enid, Oklahoma. He worked as a mechanic for the city of Sherman for many years. Phebe Quick was one of 11 children born to Rev. Cecilio and Frances Alvarado Morales. She married and had 2 daughters, Elizabeth and Diana. She then married Kenneth Quick on February 22, 1961 in Durant, Oklahoma and they made their home in Sherman, Texas. She is survived by her husband; 2 daughters, Diana Delphin and Elizabeth Rangel; 2 step-daughters, Joyce Quick Stevens and Susie Quick Wilkerson; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren of Sherman, Texas and Enid, Oklahoma; her mother, Frances Morales; her siblings and many nieces and nephews.
