Established 1948   DENISON – Patricia (Pat) Ruth Powell, 58, passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at Lubbock Heart Hospital in Lubbock, Texas. Visitation for Pat will be from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at Bratcher Funeral Home, 401 W. Woodard St., Denison, TX 75020. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 A. M., Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at Bratcher Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Houston Garner officiating. Burial will follow at Cedarlawn Memorial Park, 5805 Texoma Parkway, Sherman, TX 75090. Pallbearers will be Joshua Powell, Kris Kelley, Dennis Haliburton, Jason Hill, Chris Hill and Teddy Simpson. Pat was born October 28, 1952, the daughter of Euthel L. Kelley and Lois B. Wood. She was a member of Hebron Baptist Church, loved to cook, garden, paint, do ceramics, make flower arrangements and read her bible at night. She also loved her dogs, Phoebe and Piper. Pat lived for her loving Terry, kids and grandkids. They were the love of her life. She worked for Hoyte Dodge for many years, then had to retire due to ill health. Pat is survived by her husband, Terry Hill of Lubbock; daughter Kelli L. Baker & husband Bubba of Denison; sons Joshua Lee Powell of Ambrose, Jason Hill & wife Kim of Lubbock, Chris Hill & wife Becca of Bowie; grandchildren Shyanne Baker, Skylor Powell, Dylan Powell, Scott Hill, Skylar Hill & Nathan Hill; brothers Euthel L. (Bo) Kelley Jr. of Pottsboro, Clinton F. Kelley & wife Laura of Clarksville, AR, Garry M. Kelley of Denison; dogs Phoebe & Piper. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Barbara A.
