Established 1948   Karen K. Perkins 1946 - Freddie L. Perkins 1939 - 2018  Freddie was born Saturday, November 25, 1939 in Sherman and answered the Hevenly roll call on Monday, December 17, 2018, surrounded by his family, at Texoma Medical Center in Denison. Funeral services were held Friday morning, December 21, 2018 at Parkside Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Coffman officiating and burial followed in Cedarlawn Memorial Park, Sherman, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers; daughter, Theresa Charles. Freddie is survived by his wife of their home in Denison; daughters, Kristin Fondren and husband, Donald, of Denison; Jennifer Ridgedell and husband, Johnny, of Sherman; 4 grandchildren, Jordan Ridgedell of Sherman; Kim Arnold of Denison; Bradly Walker of Lubbock; and Zach Fondren of New Braunfels; and 3 great-granddaughters. In lieu of flowers, Freddie requested that donations be made to Denison Animal Welfare Group (DAWG) or to Parkside Baptist Church Benevolence Fund.
