Elizabeth Pennington, 81, of Denison, Texas, passed away May 21,
2015. Funeral service was held Wednesday noon, May 27, 2015 at
Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment
followed in Cedarlawn Memorial Park, Sherman, Texas. Bessie was born in Frisco, Texas, daughter of George Allen and Katie E. Williams Davis, Sr. She married Thomas F. Pennington on April 16, 1949. She was preceded in death by her husband; and grandson, Ronnie Chad Gant. Survivors include her daughters, Elizabeth Gant and husband, Ron, of Denison; and Nancy Latham and husband, Rickey, of Irving; son, Tommy Pennington and wife, Janet, of Frisco; grandchildren: Kyle Gant and wife, Shawn, of Melissa; Bradly Gant and wife, Christy, of Fairview; Angel Tabb and husband, Clint of Cuthand, Texas; Dustin Latham and wife, Valarie, of Ft. Worth; Erica Johnson and husband, Richard, of Torrance, California; Haley Maldonado and husband, Phillip, of Rowlett, Texas; and Tiffany Pennington of Frisco; 17 great-grandchildren; and a host of other loving family and friends.
