Michael Wayne Underwood, Jr., 45, of Denison, Texas, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 24, 2018 at Wilson N. Jones Hospital, Sherman, Texas. Michael was born January 9, 1973 in Dallas, Texas, son of Michael W. Underwood, Sr. and Debra Aden Underwood.  He was a contractor working as a tree trimmer.   He loved and belonged to the Red River Fly Fishing Club. He enjoyed the outdoors very much.  He will be greatly missed by his loved ones and friends.
Michael is survived by his mother, Debra Florer, of Frankston, Texas; his wife, Deborah Noble, of Denison, Texas;; his uncle, Terry Eaton, of Frankston, Texas; extended family and many friends.
Graveside service was held Saturday morning, September 29, 2018 at Cedarlawn Cemetery, Sherman, Texas, with Chaplain Steve Snodgrass officiating.  Interment followed the service. - - - American Funeral Service
