 The Herald Democrat June 4, 2012 Denison - Opal Virginia Moore, 90, passed away Friday, June 1, 2023 at Texoma Medical Center. Funeral service was held Tuesday morning, June 5, 2012 at Bratcher Funeral Home Chapel with Horace Groff officiating. Burial followed at Cedarlawn Memorial Park, Sherman. Pallbearers were Byrd Jennings, Otis Tally, Lance Porter, Mike Wade, Mike Taylor and Aaron Smith. Opal was born November 30, 1921 in Peggs, Oklahoma, daughter of Army in World War II, and was a retired accountant. She is survived by son, Philip Moore and wife, Barbara, of Denison; grandchildren, Greg Moore of St. Louis, Missouri; and Marty Fullencheck of Dallas; and 5 great-grandchildren.
