Established 1948  The Herald Democrat January 4, 2012 Richardson - Funeral services for Annell Moore were held Thursday morning, January 5, 2012 in the Chapel on the Hill at Cedarlawn Memorial Park. After the service the family will gather for lunch and receive friends in the Waldo Family Center. Annell Moore, 71, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at Methodist Hospital in Richardson. Annell was born March 6, 1940 in Sherman, daughter of Earl and Alvie Buckhanan McIlwain. She graduated from Sherman schools and worked in banking most of her life. She retired from Bank of America. Annell was of the Baptist faith. Annell will be remembered as a loving sister, aunt and friend. She is survived by one sister, Sallie Gattis of Bedford; 2 nieces, Sharon Gattis of Bedford and LaDon Butler and husband, Pete, of Cartwright, Oklahoma; one nephew, Gregg Gattis and wife, Jenny, of Amarillo; one great-nephew, Cody Gattis of Amarillo; and one great-niece, Taylor Gattis, of Amarillo. She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Millie Wheless; and one nephew, Steve Wheless.
