Lamb 21 January 1926 - 18 May 1995 May 19, 1995 Sherman - Graveside services for Mildred Loretta Lamb, 69, of Sherman, who died May 18, 1995, at Veneor Hospital, were held Saturday afternoon at Cedarlawn Memorial Park. Rev. Wally Williams officiated. Arrangements were under the direction of Dannel Funeral Home. Mrs. Lamb was born January 21, 1926 in Wichita Falls, the daughter of O.W. and Lula Mattie Ponder Lamb. She attended Stanford and Vernon schools. She was a member o First United Methodist Church. She was a nurse's aide. Survivors include a son, Michael Ray Lamb of Wichita Falls; 2 sisters, Dorothy McLeod of Birmingham, Alabama and Lillian Drake of Nashville, Tennessee; 2 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, 401 N. Elm, Sherman, Texad 75090.
