Established 1948   Denison Herald May 31, 1988 Page 2 DENISON - Funeral for Richard H. Ivey, 81, who died Monday in a local hospital, were at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Johnson-Moore Chapel, with Rev. Ed Bayless officiating. Burial was in Cedarlawn Memorial Park. Ivey was born December 23, 1906 in Dallas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Julius C. Ivey. He attended SMU and married Juanita Cook June 28, 1946 in Tulia. Ivey, a real estate broker, was former owner of Dick Ivey Motors. He lived in Dallas the last 20 years. Ivey, a Presbyterian, was a World War II Army Air Corps veteran. Surviving are his wife of Denison; two daughters, Carol Ivey of Austin, Susan Hammond of North Little Rock, Arkansas; sister, Ann Beck of Arlington; and two grandsons. Pallbearers were K.J.
