Established 1948   Karl Joe Iske 21 September 1959 - 27 September 1959 Sherman Democrat September 28, 1959 Page 2 Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday in Key Memorial Methodist Church for Karl Joe Iske, five-day old son of Mr. and Mrs. William L. Iske, 1954 E.Cherry. The child died at 5:15 a.m. Sunday in a Sherman hospital. Rev. James M. Simpson, pastor, conducted the services. Burial was in Cedarlawn Cemetery, directed by Waldo Funeral Home. The child was born in Sherman. The father is a member of the coaching staff at Sherman High School. The mother is the former Miss Nancy Hester. Survivors besides the parents are two brothers, Celvin and Kyle Iske of Sherman; the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. H. L. Iske of Odessa and Mrs. and Mrs. J. B.
