 The Herald Democrat January 9, 2013 Sherman -Funeral services for Beverly Frances Glade were held Thursday evening, January 10, 2013 at Waldo Funeral Home. Rev. James Moore of Fairview Baptist Church officiated. Burial followed on Friday afternoon at Cedarlawn Memorial Park. Mrs. Glade, 90, passed away Sunday, January 6, 2013 at Texoma Medical Center. Beverly was born October 23, 1922 in Maywood, Illinois, daughter of William and Frances Skrine VanFossen. On August 5, 1939 she and Harold Glade were married in Wheaton, Illinois. They enjoyed 46 years of marriage until his death. Beverly was a devoted homemaker and enjoyed reading, gardening, and watching western movies. Mrs. Glade is survived by 4 grandchildren, Deborah Remezani of Denison; Matthew Bass of Kentucky; Brian Bass of Fulton, Missouri; and Chrissy Collins of Sherman; 8 great-grandchildren, including Amanda and Felicity Remezani; Katy and Jeffrey Collins; Tabitha Zarr; Christopher and Brian Bass; one brother, Thomas E., Gaffney and his family of Sherman. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and 3 children, Harold Richard Glade; Edward Martin Glade; and Patricia Lynn Bass.
