Fielden, Rt. 1, Sherman, Texas, had died from hositle action in Vietnam. He had been listed as missing. It reported that Army Pfc. Donald D. Morris, son of Mrs. Edna Morris, 8420 Gibbons, Houston died of non-hostile cause. Sherman Democrat June 27, 1967 Pg. 10 Sp. 4 Samuel Fielden Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Waldo Funeral Chapel here for Sp. 4 Samuel Wayne Fielden, 24, of Sherman, route 1, who was killed in Vietnam on June 19. Rev. J. Allen Smith, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, will conduct the services. Burial will be in Cedarlawn Memorial Park. Military services will be accorded at the graveside. David Ricky Fielden, 72, of Sherman, Texas passed away on July 7, 2019 in Sherman, Texas. He was born in Sherman on September 15, 1946, son of Curtis Claude FIelden and Christine Ritchy Fielden. Ricky joined and seved in the United States Army. David is survived by his daughter, Regina Ransom and husband, Rodney, of Bells; son, Anthony J. Fielden and wife, Rachel, of Sherman; grandson, David Ransom and wife, Davina, of Sherman; granddaughter, Courtney Mobbs and husband, Cody, of Sherman; granddaughter, KatArena Hoak and husband, Stephen, of Savoy; grandson, Anthony M. Fielden of Sherman; 3 great-grandchildren, Sabrena Hoak, Elaina Mobbs and Ashton Hoak. He is also survived by his brothers, Larry Fielden and Eugene Fielden, both of Sherman; and many nieces and nephews. Arrangements were under the direction of Waldo Funeral Home, Sherman, Texas. - - - Waldo Funeral Home Sherman - Funeral services for Marvin Eugene Fielden were held Monday morning, March 15, 2021 at Waldo Funeral Home. Rev. Brian Taylor officiated. Burial followed at Cedarlawn Memorial Park with Dennis Carter, Arden Toquini, Ron Adams, Larry Fielden, Michael Voyles and Anthony Fielden serving as pallbearers. Mr. Fielden, 73, passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2021 in Sherman, Texas. Gene was born November 19, 1947 in Sherman, son of Curtis and Christine (Ritchie) Fielden. He graduated from Sherman High School and worked for Reedrill for 37 years before retiring. In retirement he enjoyed riding motorcycles. In 1993 he and Elvira Guerrero were married in Sherman. Mr. Fielden is survived by his wife of Sherman; 6 children: Lenora Molsbee of Slidell, Louisiana; Willie Nuncio of Denison; Rita Varela of Sherman; Laura Nuncio of Sherman; Rebecca Fielden of Sherman; and Barbara Guzman of Howe; one brother, Larry Fielden of Sherman; 16 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 daughters, Michelle and Christine; and 4 siblings, Claude Curtis Fielden; Samuel Wayne Fielden; Mary Jetton; and David Michael Fielden [sic].
