Established 1948   Mary E. "Beth" Fleming 1927 - 2013 C.V. "Vee" Fleming, Jr. 1925 - 1991  Beth Fleming, age 86, passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2013 in Sherman, Texas. Funeral services were held at Waldo Funeral Home in Sherman, Texas on Saturday, February 2, at 2 p.m. with interment following at Cedarlawn Memorial Park. Mrs. Fleming was born January 15, 1927 in Pottsboro, Texas to Alford D. Sr. and Edna B. Short Fulmer. She was raised in the Hagerman Baptist Church where she was baptized as a young girl in the Red River. She attended Hagerman and Willow Springs schools. She graduated from Denison High School in 1944 and never missed attending a class reunion - a true Yellow Jacket! She was a devoted student and loved her teachers and classmates. Her high school days were the happiest years of her young life. She married C.V. "Vee" Fleming, Jr. at Antioch Baptist Church in Bells, Texas on November 21, 1961. They were very devoted employees of GTE, now Verizon, serving for more than 50 years as a team in Texas, New York, Connecticut, and North Carolina.
