Established 1948   Sena G. Everitt 16 November 1924 - 6 March 2003 POTTSBORO
– Sena G. Usrey Everitt, 78, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2003 at
her residence. Services were on Monday morning, March 10,
2003 at the Johnson-Moore Pottsboro Chapel. The
burial took place at the Cedarlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Virgie
Holbrook officiating. Pallbearers were Robert Gray, Joe Jordan, Travis Dodson, Michael Gailey, Tommy Gailey, and Michael Jordan. Mrs. Everitt was born on November 16, 1924 at Woodville, Oklahoma, daughter of Thomas William and Gerty McDonald Usery. She attended school at Woodville, Oklahoma and business school in Dallas, Texas. She worked with her parents at a family owned grocery store in Kingston, Oklahoma. During World War II she worked at Tinker Air Force Base outside of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma as a Rosie Riveter. She is survived by sons, Walter Brice Wylie, Jr. of Beverly Hills, California and Obie Watkins, Jr. of Pottsboro, Texas; daughters, Cynthia Watkins of Sherman, Texas; Linda Parsons of Sherman, Texas; Sarah Watkins of Pottsboro, Texas; Joyce Jones of Pottsboro, Texas; Amelia Mitchell of Denison, Texas; and Cecelia Benzakry of Walnut Creek, California; brothers, Thomas William Usery, Jr. of Dallas, Texas; sister, Florene Williams of Ardmore, Oklahoma; 9 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her 3 husbands; her parents; and sister, Mary Usery Stroud.
