December 7, 2000 Ft. Worth - Beatruce Skaggs Duggins, 88, retired cosmetology instructor, died Monday, December 4, 2000 [sic] at a Ft. Worth nursing center. Funeral services were held Friday morning at Northwest Church of Christ. Graveside services were held Friday afternoon in Cedarlawn Memorial Park, Sherman, Texas. Mrs. Skaggs was born April 22, 1912 in Roseland. She had been an area resident for 18 years and was a member of Northwest Church of Christ.
