 Bernice Lucille Dobbs, 86, passed from this life to her heavenly home April 5, 2007. Mrs. Dobbs was born April 6, 1920 in Bennington, Oklahoma, daughter of Lee Andrew and Mary Jewel Blundell McDonald. She married Luther "Luke" Dobbs in January 1939, Mrs, Dobbs is survived by her son, Charles Dobbs and wife, Joy, of Denison; daughter, Mary Coburn and husbnad, Ron, of Mansfield, Texas; daughter, Linda Williams of Denison; and daughter, Judy Dumas of Denison; 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, Iva Mae Johnson and Reba Villa, both of Tucson, Arizona. Berniece was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and 4 brothers. Funeral services were held Monday morning, April 9, 2007 at Truth Tabernacle Church with Pastor David Gilbert officiating. Interment followed at Cedarlawn Memorial Park in Sherman. Pallbearers were grandsons and great-grandsons, Mike Dobbs, Tate Dobbs, David Norris, Dustin Dumas, Jarrod Milner, and Garrett Medlin. Arrangements were under the direction of Fisher Funeral Home, Denison. "So when this corruptible shall put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, 'Death is swallowed up in Victory, O Death, Where is thy sting?
