Established 1948 Henry Oscar Cambron 12 April 1887 - 13 June 1952 The Denison Press Friday, June 20, 1952 pg.6 Funeral services were held Sunday at Bratcher-Moore chapel for H.C. Cambron [sic], 65, of 115 E. Heron, who died at his home Friday after 2 years of illness. Rev. Ronald Prince of Parkside Baptist Church officiated and interment was in Cedarlawn Cemetery. Mr. Cambron was born April 12, 1887 in Gadsden, Alabama, son of Mr. and Mrs. M.F. Cambron. He was married July 1947 to Mrs. Julia Scroggin. He was a retired carpenter and a member of the Baptist Church, the I.O.O.F. and the Carpenter's Local. Survivors are his widow of Denison; 3 sons, Clifford Cambron, of Denison; M/Sgt. Jack Cambron, Moody Air Force Base, Georgia; and W.P. Cambron, Tulsa; 4 daughters, Mrs. H.B. Williams, Lubbock; Mrs. Ruth Brown, Amarillo; Mrs. Clarence Pearson, Denison; and Mrs. Miles Murphy, Celina; 2 brothers, one sister; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
