Established 1948   Novella E. Cummings 1931 - 2018 Charles J. Cummings 1928 - 2005  Novella Cummings, 86, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Wilson N. Jones Regional Medical Center. Graveside services were held Tuesday afternoon, January 9, 2018 at Cedarlawn Memorial Park in Sherman, Texas. Novella was born August 3, 1931, daughter of Albert and Rosie Etta Ralls. She was a member of East Sherman Baptist Church. She enjoyed doing hand crafts, playing bingo at the senior center, going to Branson to listen to County & Western music with her husband. She was outgoing and supportive of her children and grandchildren. Novella is survived by her son, Gary Cummings and wife, Mindy, of Sherman; brother, Albert Ralls, Jr. and wife, Debbie, of Folsom, California; sister, Rosella Champaign and husband, Terry, of Riverside, California; grandchildren, Chris Cummings and wife, Sherri, of Frisco; Jason Cummings of Sherman; Micah Cummings of Sherman; Mitchell Sowards of Ft. Worth; Nick Sowards and wife, Stephanie, of Sherman; and Jennifer Thomas of Sherman; great-grandchildren, Ella and Eyen Cummings.
