Established 1948   Sherman - Funeral services for Viola Bell Curtis were held Monday afternoon, February 22 in the Chapel on the Hill at Cedarlawn Memorial Park. Dr. Eddy Johnson of the Grayson Bible Baptist Church officiated with services under the direction of Waldo Funeral Home. Mrs. Curtis passed away Thursday, February 18 at Wilson N. Jones Medical Center at the age of 88. Mrs. Curtis, affectionately known as "Aunt Bo" by her family, is survived by 3 sons, Jim Curtis of Holly Lake Ranch, Texas; Troy Curtis of Coppell, Texas; and Bobby Curtis of Hurst, Texas; one daughter, JoAnn Ross of Sherman; 9 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; 4 sisters; and 2 brothers.
