Mrs. Henry Coffin Dies At Denison

Denison - Funeral services for Mrs. Henry Coffin, 53, who died Sunday at 1 p.m. in a Denison hospital, were held Tuesday at 4 p.m. in the Johnson-Moore Funeral Chapel.
Mrs. Coffin was born in Denison October 4, 1913, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Davault. She attended Denison schools and married Mr. Coffin in Madill, Oklahoma, April 12, 1930. She was a member of the Sunnyside Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Haskell Mitchell of Denison; one brother, Henry Davault of Waco; four sisters, Mrs. Iva

Satterfield of Plainview, Mrs. Leola Outlaw of Lubbock, Mrs. Lorane Hayles and Mrs. J.P. Guthrie, both of Denison, and two grandchildren.

Denison - Services for Henry T. Coffin, 67, retired Denison Cotton Mill employee who died Wednesday at a hospital here, were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Johnson-Moore funeral Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Eugene Hoover of the Calvary Baptist Church.

Burial will be at Cedarlawn Memorial Park in Sherman.

Born in Texas, Mr. Coffin was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Coffin and married Fannie Mae Devault on April 12, 1930, in Madill, Okla.
He was a Baptist and a member of the Eagle Lodge.

Surviving are daughter, Mrs. Betty Mitchell of Denison; brothers, Allen, Calvin and Harvey Lee Coffin, all of Dallas; sisters, Mrs. Jane Holt, Mrs. Virdie Jackson, and Mrs. Nell DeJaran, all of California and Mrs. Merlie Robertson of Denison; and two grandchildren

Pallbearers are Jack Speed, J.B. Barber, Nolen Sherrell, Leon Donaway, Milton Paul, Henry Freland, Herbert Buckman and R.D. Rushing.
