 The Herald Democrat February 12-13, 2009 Denison - Sally Jean Corder, 76, passed away on February 10, 2009 at her residence. Graveside services were held Thursday, February 12, 2009 at Cedarlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Eddie Holcembeck officiating. Burial followed at Cedarlawn Memorial Park, under the direction of Bratcher Funeral Home. Sally was born to Charlie R. and Edna M. Thompson Fielder August 31, 1932 in Denison. She married Billy Frank Corder on June 24, 1947. Sally was a homemaker and enjoyed 51-1/2 years of marriage. Sally is survived by daughters, Patsy Jean Bell and husband, Don, of Achille, Oklahoma; and Edna Sue Corder Graham of Denison; one son, Bobby Corder of Cartwright, Oklahoma; half-sister, Debra Beaver of Sherman; nephew, J.R. Corder of Denison; grandchildren, Billy Don Bell, Misty Dawn Bell Christman and husband, Cary; and Bobby Corder; great-grandchildren, Christian Waiwaiole; Hardie Corder; Hunter T. Hardie and Timber Christman. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Home Hospice of Grayson County and to the blood bank.
