Campbell 28 September 1915 - 17 November 1994 Sergeant US Army WWII The Herald Democrat January 3, 2016 Graveside services for Jeanelle Campbell, age 95, of Sherman, Texas were held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Jauary 4, 2016 at the Cedarlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Sherman, Texas. Arrangements were under the direction of Waldo Funeral Home. She passed away on December 30, 2015 in Arlington, Texas. Jeanelle was born on May 16, 1920 in Sherman, Texas, the daughter of E.G. and Beatrice Phares Mitchell. She married Carl E. Campbell and he preceded her in death in 1994. Jeanell worked with the Elks Lodge in Denison, Texas for many years. She is survived by her daughter, Jackie Delaway and husband John of Ft. Worth, Texas; son, Carl Campbell and wife Deanna of Benbrook, Texas; granddaughter, Denise Courcy and husband Chris of Mesquite, Texas; two great-grandchildren, Joshua Courcy and wife Lauren and Chelsea Coursey and one great-great-granddaughter, Brylee Randall. Jeanelle was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, James Mitchell.
