Established 1948  Cecil Clyde Cook, 94, passed away June 2, 2002 in Denison,
Texas. Burial was in the Cedarlawn Memorial Park, Sherman, Texas. Mr. Cook was born March 17, 1908 in Durant, Oklahoma to William Clayton and Minnie Adams Cook. He was preceded by parents; all of his brothers, Dale, Floyd, Sam and Sidney; and an infant daughter, Joyce Catherine. He is survived by his wife, Mary; daughters, Shirley Talley and Brenda Galgan; son, Charles Glen Cook and their families.
