Established 1948   Services were held for Patricia Kay "Kisha" Beshears, 48, of Denison, Texas Thursday afternoon, June 21 at West Sherman Baptist Church. Rev. Danny Wood of the church officiated. Interment followed at Cedarlawn Memorial Park. Arrangements were under the direction of Dannel Funeral Home. Patricia was born on August 5, 1958, the daughter of Royce Hughes and Polly Mullins Hughes. She was a graduate of Collinsville High School, Grayson County College, Austin College, and later received her Master's Degree from Texas A&M at Commerce Texas. While she continued her education, she was employed as human resource trainer for MEMC for 30 years. She taught English Literature at Grayson College in Van Alstyne. Patricia was well educated. She was a member of West Sherman Baptist Church. (Portion missing) ... Royce and Polly Hughes of Collinsville; brother, Greg Hughes of Collinsville; sisters, Donna Cressett and husband, Gary, of Gunter, Misty Hughes of Collinsville; grandmother, Katherine Mullins of Collinsville; mother-in-law, Ms. Joyce Beshears of Denison; niece, Megan Barber of Collinsville; aunt and uncle, Dola and Wallace Russell of Plano, and several cousins. Pallbearers for Mrs. Beshears were Gary Counts, Derrick Miller, Jimmy Morgan, Mark Morgan, Larry Hallmark and Tony Carroll.
