Ardmore, Oklahoma Sherman, Texas - Services for Lucia Rosalyn "Rose" Bryant, 55, Wylie, Texas were held Tuesday afternoon at Waldo Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Pete Crisp officiating. Interment followed at Cedarlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Born July 2, 1944 at Lone Grove, daughter of Clarence and Evelyn Davis Brewer, Rose died February 25, 2000 at a Texoma hospital. Mrs. Bryant worked for more than 30 years at Texas Instruments. She was a Baptist. Survivors include 4 sons: James Bryant, Warsaw, Indiana; Johnny Bryant, Dallas, Texas; Jimmy Stowers and Randy Stowers, both of Sherman; one daughter, Janis Lynn Gonzales, Wylie, Texas; 2 brothers, Ben Brewer and C.W. Brewer, both of Ardmore, Oklahoma; her mother of Ardmore, Oklahoma; and 6 grandchildren. Pallbearers were Jimmy Elmore, Bobby Slagel, John Dixon, Aubrey Martin, Christopher Olsen and Tim Graves.
