Established 1948   Patricia E. "Pat" Brymer, 71, passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2011 at Texoma Medical Center. Graveside services were held Wednesday morning, April 20, 2011 in Cedarlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Neal Alexander officiating. Pat was born in San Diego, California on February 5, 1940, daughter of Paul and Violet Chambers Phillips. She graduated from Garland High School in Garland, Texas and attended Draughons Business College. She married Bert Brymer on December 19, 1960 in Garland, Texas. She co-owned B & P Service in Pottsboro for 47 years with her husband. Mrs. Brymer was a member for over 30 years of the Hagerman Baptist church and a member of Gate City Chapter #77 Order of the Eastern Star in Denison. She loved to collect owls which was the mascot for the Garland Owls. Survivors are her husband, Bert Brymer of Pottsboro; son, Jim Brymer of San Marcos, Texas; and daughter, Karen Brymer of Pottsboro. She was preceded in death by her parents.
