Leitha "Juanita" Austin, 86, passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at Victoria Gardens of Frisco.
Mrs. Austin was born December 19, 1923, in San Antonio, daughter of Jack and Emma Elizabeth Lucas Sanders. She married Claude Dean Matlock December 29, 1945. He preceded her in death December 23, 1968. She married Winnie Doyle Austin March 11, 1970, and he preceded her in death September 6, 1996.
Mrs. Austin is survived by her daughter, Joyce Cole of Richardson; son, Edward Matlock of Sadler; stepdaughter, Brenda Joplin of Quitman; 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Mrs. Austin was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands; step-daughter, Ann Willis; and step-son, Doyle Austin.
Graveside services were held at noon Monday, February 15, 2010 in the Chapel on the Hill at Cedarlawn Memorial Park in Sherman.  Arrangements are under the direction of Fisher Funeral Home, Denison.
