Established 1948  Denison Herald July 16, 2004 Denison - Opal Frances Laura Allen, 86, passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2004 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison. Services were held Monday morning at Fisher Funeral Chapel with Mike Burden officiating. Interment followed in Cedarlawn Memorial Park in Sherman. Mrs. Allen is survived by her daughters, Patricia Hawk of Arkansas; Geraldine Barnham McCoy of Florida; and Linda Joyce Allen of Denison; sister, Mattie Yarnall of Texas; brothers, Nathan Sexton and Thomas "Bud" Sexton, both of Oklahoma; 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
