Hinds 1893 - 1952 Eva Mary Hinds 1902 - 1989 The Denison Press Friday, April 18, 1952 pg. 4 Funeral services were held Monday morning at St. Patrick's Catholic Church for Tom Hinds, 58, of 423 E . Hull. Rev. Father J.P. Erbrick officiated and interment was in Calvary Cemetery with Bratcher-Moore funeral home in charge of arrangements. A rosary service was held at the Bratcher-Moore chapel Sunday night. Hinds was born in Texarkana, Arkansas, October 18, 1893, son of Mr. and Mrs. W.K. Hinds. He attended school in Denison and was married to Mrs. Eva Hardeman in Sherman in 1922. He had been employed by the post office since 1912, first as a mail clerk and later as a parcel post carrier. He belonged to St. Patrick's church and the Elk's lodge. Surviving are his widow; one daughter, Mrs. Florence Sullivan, Cincinnati, Ohio; one grandchild, Harry Edwin Sullivan, Cincinnati; and one aunt, Mrs. M.J. Sauers, Schenectady, New Yori.
