December 25, 1878 I G. A. Williams a resident of Grayson County state of Texas. Being now in my 79th year and knowing the uncertainty of life, and believing that I have sufficient mind and memory to know the extent of my effects as well as t..? when should be the objects of my bounty, do ,make ordain and declare this my last will and testament. Hereby revoking and annulling all other wills heretoforth made by me. It is my will that all just debts existing against me shall be paid. I have heretoforth given to my children to wit- Jasper Newton Williams-Angeline Goldston-Mary Jane Goldston-Aaron R. Williams-Martha Ann Looney-John N. Williams- all the property that guided them or …?.. of them to have of my estate- and it is my express wish. That the lands or personal property which I have from time to time advanced to them, is the share and interest I intended each to have as whether I have given more or less to one than another- or given is the ..?.. ….?.... property. I wish and will that these allowances shall stand and remain as they now. And as a full satisfaction to each of their whole interest in my estate. The County Court January seven 1881 To the Hon. S. F. Steadman, Judge of said court Petitioner Benjamin F. Williams a resident of said county and state, respectfully shows. That G. A. Williams, his father, departed this life in said county where then resided on the 29th day of November 1880. Testable- that deceased at the time of his death owned about three hundred dollars worth of personal property consisting of two mules-about six head of cattle. About two head of hogs-some household effects. And of the value of about three hundred dollars. Deceased left no wife or minor children, petitioner being the youngest child now aged 34 years- Deceased was making his home with petitioner and has for a long time prior to his death- Petitioner files here with the written will of his father and asks to probate the same as was in ..?.... as for are such ..?... as may be necessary in the …?... ..?. In the County Court January term 1881 To all persons interested in the administration of the estate of G. A. Williams, dead. Benjamin F. Williams has filed in said court and application to probate will of G. A. Williams, dead, which will be heard at the January term, 1881, of county court of said county for civil and probate business, to be held at the court house in the city of Sherman on the third Monday in January 1881, at which time all persons interested in said estate may appear and contest said application, If they see proper.
