Sherman Meeks, colored, has made application in the county court to probate the will of his deceased mother, Isabella Meeks, who died at her home in Sherman, February 10, 1916.  In the petition it is set out that deceased left property to the value of $1,000, besides several insurance policies; that applicant is heir-at-law of the estate, and is not disqualified by law to being appointed administrator.
