The Harnest Estate.
Sherman, Tex., Sept. 8 - Mary P. Harnest vs. Flora Lee Harnest et all. is the title of a suit filed in the civil district court. The plaintiff is the wife and the defendants the daughters of John E. Harnest, deceased. By the terms of the will of the deceased all his property was to go to his wife, Mary P. Harnest, in case she did not remarry, but in case she does remarry, then the wife and the two daughters are to share and share alike that is, each shall be entitled to one-third. The will also sets forth that the wife shall be the administratrix of the affairs of the estate, and that she shall not be required to give bond. The substance of the suit is in reality a request made for the court to construe the meaning of the will on the points above set forth.
