  Sherman - Services for Barry Ray Watson will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at Calvary Baptist Church in Sherman where he was a lifelong member. Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery. Rev. Kevin George of Calvary Baptist Church and Steve Watson of Monument, CO will officiate. Pallbearers will be Chris Watson, Corie Watson, Terry Watson, Tony Elmore, Eric Bernard and Brandon Watson. Honorary pallbearers will be Todd Bennett, Mike Bernard and Jackie Gurley. Waldo Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Barry passed away August 11, 2011 at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston. Barry was born April 19, 1962 in Sherman to Marvin T. and Brenda (Leverette) Watson. He attended Howe Schools. He was a former employee of Progress Rail and worked for Sherman Door and Hardware. Barry loved to hunt, fish, camping and outdoors activities and he especially loved his grandchildren. He was a much loved father and papa. Preceded in death by his father, grandparents Marvin Ray Watson and Mr. and Mrs. Ottis Leverette, he is survived by his mother and step-father Brenda and Jackie Nobles; sons Brandon R. Watson of Whitesboro and Chad D. Watson and wife Bethany of Collinsville; daughter Amanda Watson of Whitesboro; mother of his children Donna Sue Jensen; brothers Chris D. Watson and wife Tina of Bells, Greg G. Watson and wife Rhonda of Denison and Dusty Nobles of Sherman; sister Shannon Cooper and husband Randy of Sherman; grandmother Lucille Watson of Sherman; grandchildren Tyler Watson, Avery Watson, Cayson Watson, Caleb Watson, Baylee Watson, Dillan Pippin, Justin Feazell and Todd Fields; Izetta Franklin and her children Amber Andrews and Arron LaPlaca of Sherman and a special friend Tina Cox of Howe; along with a host of family and friends. A family visitation will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Monday, August 15th at Waldo Funeral Home.
