  Billy Wayne Holt 26 September 1949 - 7 June 2013  Denison - Billy Wayne Holt, 63, passed away Friday, June 7, 2013 in Denison, Texas. Funeral services were held Monday morning, June 10, 2013 at Bratcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed at North Cemetery, Bells, Texas, with Rev. Mark Mitchell officiating. Pallbearers were Corky Criswell, Eric Neidert, Tim Patrick, Edgar Guevara, David Martin and Matt Porter. Honorary pallbearers were Dwayne Wortham and Tim Patrick. Bill was born September 26, 1949 in Denison, son of Bill H. Holt and Ruby B. Rowland. He spent much of his career working for the "Katy" and then the Union Pacific. He loved talking trains with anyone who would listen. This was a love he inherited from his dad. Diddy, as he was affectionarely known to family and friends, was lucky to have several great joys in his life: his wife, Sandra; his children, Todd Holt and Amy Neidert and husband, Eric; and twin grandchildren, Jake and Kelly Neidert, Diddy was an avid hunter who loved nothing more than jumping the duck ponds with Jake and Trapper, his dog. He also loved listening to Kelly's long chit chats with her Grammy and attending Kelly's dance recitals. He was always there for family, no matter what! He is survived by his immediate family, Sandra, Todd, Amy, Eric, Jake and Kelly. He also had a wonderful multitude of family and friends he leaves behind: cousin, Donna Criswell and husband, Corky; cousin, Courtney McDonald and husband, Warren and children, Avery and Josh; cousin, David Martin; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bill and Sherri Dugan and their families; Dwayne and Carol Wortham; Jeffery, Katie and Hunter Thompson; Larry Stamphill; Bill Massenburg; Bobbie and Andy Russell; and Edgar and Melissa Guevara and children, Rachel and Ethan; as well as many others.
