Date: November 2, 1888 Page/Column: 1/5 Bells, Tex., Nov. 1. - Died at 8 o'clock this morning, B. F. Odell. He leaves a wife of recent marriage, one son. Dr. B. F. Odell, five daughters, two of whom are married, one sister and one brother, Judge J. M. Odell of Cleburne, who have been with him in his last illness, and a host of warm friends to mourn his loss. Tennie L. O'Dell 1870 - 1948 Dallas Morning News 9 December 1948 Miss Tennie O'Dell Dies at Her Home Miss Tennie O'Dell, of 4117 Emerson, died Wednesday at her Dallas home. Miss O'Dell was born near Bonham. Later when she was very young, her father, the late Benjamin Franklin O'Dell, moved his family to Bells, Grayson County, where he operated a general store for many years. She was a member of the Baptist church and at the church in Bells she taught Sunday school and was a leader in the Baptist Training Union. She is survived by six nephews and four nieces. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Bells Baptist Church. The Rev. Tom Shipp will officiate. Burial will be in North Cemetery at Bells.
