north of Sadler Marion S. Hartline 27 September 1935 - 2 June 2007 SP5 US Army (Service : 1958 - 1963) Funeral services for Marion S. "Bo" Hartline, 71, were held at 2 p.m. Monday, June 4, 2007 at Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro with Rev. Rick Carney officiating. Internment followed at Basin Springs Cemetery, north of Sadler. Visitation was one hour prior to the funeral service. He died June 2, 2007 at Wilson N. Jones Medical Center in Sherman. Born on September 27, 1935 in Colbert, Oklahoma to W.D. and Estelle Hartline. He married Jeane Eldridge on June 29,1956. He served in the United States Army from 1958 until 1963, fifteen months of which, he spent in Germany serving as an Early Warning Radar and Missles Technician. He was a Whitesboro resident since 1970 and was a member of Bones Chapel Church of Whitesboro. He had retired from Peterbilt of Denison after 15 years of service on December 31, 1999. He is survived by his wife of almost 51 years, Jeane Hartline of Whitesboro; children, Mike and wife, Charlene of Atoka, Oklahoma; Debra Hardy of Whitesboro; Tonya Hartline and husband Alan King of Plano; four grandchildren, Jason and Amanda Hardy, Beau Hartline and Shelby Williams and great-grandson Tyler Hardy; brother William D. Hartline of Denison; four sisters, Tressie Dorries of Dallas, Oristine Potts of Colbert, Oklahoma, Betty Chisum and Mary Lou Shields, both of Denison, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, W.D. and Estelle Hartline; brothers Calvin Hartline and Rodger Hartline; and sister, Joyce Potts. Pallbearers were grandsons Jason Hardy and Beau Hartline; nephews, David Britt and Wesley Eldredge; Dewayne Henry and Frank Harber. Honorary Pallbearer : Don Price, Alan Smith and Aaron Smith, also serving as honorary pallbears were his brother and sisters.
