William Coy Brown 26 January 1910 - 3 July 1966 Texas TEC4 760th Military Police Batallion WWII The Whitewright Sun Thursday, July 7, 1966 pg. 1 Funeral services were held Wednesday at Mullican-Little Funeral Home at Bells for William Coy Brown, 56, of Bells. He died Sunday while on vacation in Denver, Colorado. Rev. Albert Harrod, pastor of Antioch Baptist Church, and Rev. Leon Chumbley of Allen conducted the services. Burial was in Pink HilL Cemetery. Mr. Brown was born January 26, 1910, in the Pink Hill community, the son of Mr. and Mrs. W.T. Brown. He was a veteran of World War II, and was employed at Perrin AFB. He was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church. Mr. Brown is survived by four sisters, Mrs. M.V. Ford, Miss Velma Brown and Mrs. Wayne Brown, all of Bells; and Mrs. Lillie Dillon of Whitewright; four brothers, Cecil Brown of Plainview, Marvin Brown of Sherman, I.E.
