 Van Alstyne Leader July 17, 1924 Page 9 FORMER SHERMAN MAN DIES IN OKLAHOMA Sherman, July 14 - John S. Savage, 68 years, formerly of Sherman died at his home in Wilson, Okla. last Saturday afternoon at 1 o'clock. Funeral services were held Sunday morning at 10 o'clock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ed. Taylor. Rev. Bell of the Walnut St. Church of Christ conducted the services.
