William
Brian Morton, age 34, of Sherman, Texas, died Monday, February 2, 2009
at Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born on May
27, 1974, son of William Randall Morton and Ginger Wright at Fort Hood,
Texas. Mr. Morton married Marcia Troxtell on April 9, 1998. Mr. Morton
attended Sherman High School and worked as a tow truck driver. He was a
loving husband of 10 years, father, son, brother, cousin and uncle. He
is gone but not forgotten. He is survived by his wife Marcia Morton,
son Ayden Morton and daughter Destiny Morton; of Sherman, Texas, mother
Ginger Wright of Denison and step-father John Wright. Surviving him
also are brothers, Andrew Morton & wife Ashley, Denison, John D.
Wright of Washington, Mathew of Tennessee, sister Rachael Morton,
Tennessee, father-in-law James & Linda Troxtell, Durant, Oklahoma,
mother-in-law Betty Mathis and Terry, Pottsboro, brother-in-law,
Darrell Troxtell & wife Cynthia, Sherman, Wesley Troxtell, Durant,
nieces, Brook Richardson and Skye & Samantha Williams, Tennessee,
Cassie Troxtell, Sherman, nephews, Kyle Morton & Dusty Troxtell,
Sherman, grandmother Annie Davis, of Denison and numerous aunts, uncles
and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father William Randall
Morton, uncles Don, Thomas Lee& Tim Morton; and cousin Rebecca
Footlander Smith. Services will be held on Friday, February 6, 2009 at
2:00 p.m. at the American Funeral Services Chapel in Denison, Texas,
with Reverend Mike Moody officiating. Interment will follow at Ackers
Cemetery in Sherman, Texas. Pallbearers are Billy Jack Davis, Scott
Footlander, Donnie Stockstill, Darrell Troxtell, T. C. Woodall and Jake
Yalley. The family visitation will be held Thursday, February 5th, 2009
from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the American Funeral Services on 4312 W.
Crawford St. Denison, Texas. In lieu of flowers, the family will accept
donations at American Bank of Texas, Donna Harper benefit account, for
