A10 Howe - Flake Rankin Henley, a resident of Howe since 1907, died on March 26, 1999 at the age of 102. She was born September 26, 1896, near Sherman, Texas. She was the daughter of Ione and Robert Rankin. She married Charlie Henley on August 9, 1922. He preceded her in death August 29, 1963. Services are under the direction of Waldo Funeral Home. She is survived by her daughter, Lometa Kendall of Glendale, Arizona; grandchildren, Penny Brookes of Eureka, Montana; Charles Kendall of Prattville, Alabama; and David Kendall of Peoria, Arizona; 9 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
