Mary E. Johnson, 79, of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, died Friday, December 29, 2006.
She was born January 11, 1927, the daughter of the late Ivory A. and Elsie Collins Smiley.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Abe Smiley; and two sisters, Helen Smiley Holbrook and Waleda Smiley.
She is survived by one son, Kenneth Smiley of Prestonsburg; one daughter, Carlene Muncy of Prestonsburg; one sister, Phyllis A. Boyd of Plaino, Texas; 4 grandchildren, Lisa, Angie, Kenneth and Kevin; and 1 great-grandson, Cameron.
Funeral services were held Sunday, December 31, at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home. Burial followed in Akers Cemetery.
