A graveside service was held for Forest Lindell Sonny Odom, a former Howe resident, on Saturday in the Akers Cemetery. Bro. Larry Allgood officiated the ceremony.
Odom died on Thursday, July 11 in th Health South Hospital in Houston at the age of 88.
Surviving Odom are his wife, Florence, of Sherman; daughters, Barbara Blanton of Ft. Worth; and Patsy Scaife of Conroe; 3 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Flesher Funeral Home in Howe was in charge of the arrangements.

Conroe - Graveside services for Florence Kelly Odom, 87-year-old Conroe resident, were held Saturday at Akers Cemetery in Sherman with Toby Soechting officiating. Mrs. Odom died Thursday, September 15, 2005, at her home.
Surviving are her daughters, Patsy Scaife of Conroe; and Barbara Blanton of Ft. Worth; 3 grandsons and 3 great-grandchildren.
