Union Station Sherman, Texas Sherman's Union Station circa 1901 Note the clock has yet to be installed in the tower. Trains filtered into the depot until 1943 Sherman's Union Station, seen in the background on the right, was razed in 1944. The picture shows the signal tower where the T&P and the old Frisco tracks crossed about a block or two south of E. Brockett. After the 1940s, the Texas & Pacific and Fricso had their individual passenger stations. The Texas & Pacific Station is still standing, 2016, on N.
