THEY KEPT KATY CARS IN GOOD CONDITION WHEN MOST OF DENISON WORKED FOR THE RAILROAD Before steel underframes for railroad cars appeared and even before the airbrake was fully adopted, the group pictured above were veterans in car maintenance at the Katy car shops here. This was back in 1904 when the picture belonged to W.B. Senter, 1330 West Woodard St., was taken.
